DRESSING, SHOWERS AND CHANGING ROOMS RULES 1.1 Single Gender Adult teams can use the changing rooms 1.2 Children (5-18) a) (0-5) Are not allowed in the changing
rooms b) (5-18) For training, coaching and game playing
sessions, children will be asked to arrive ‘ready to play’ and will not
be offered the changing rooms or showers, to either change clothing or
shower. c) Children Team
Talks Changing rooms can be used for children for ‘team talks’ and outdoor
coats storage. Children must be supervised by DBS adult whilst in the
changing rooms. d) (16 and 17 years) Need parent permission to use the changing rooms 1.3 Mixed Aged Teams Arrangements will be made for Adults and children (5-16) to use the changing rooms at different times. 1.4 Mixed Gender Teams Women and girls are offered the disable toilet for changing. There is currently no provision at the club for female showering. 1.5 Visiting teams Are offered the away changing rooms and share of showers (Mixed gender teams see. 1.4). 1.7 Mobile phones and other recording devices are not allowed to be used in the changing rooms. |

3. What do you do if you have a concern?

If any club member has any concern in respect of how the changing rooms are being used; 3.1 Report concerns using the ESSENTIAL CONTACTS, preferably
via email 3.2 Email concerns to wemcricket@gmail.com 3.3 Complete an ACI Form Allegations regarding alleged breaches of this policy will be treated in confidence, shared with only ‘those who need to know’ and investigated in accordance with the appropriate procedure. |
4. Cricket specific advice

4.1 Umpires have their own changing room. The club has no provision for mixed gender umpires and therefore Women umpires will be offered the disabled toilet. |
